In addition to the ISO 9001 Quality Management System certificate, it has also integrated OHSAS 18001 Occupational Health and Safety Management System and ISO 14001 Environmental Management System documents into its quality journey, which has been continuing since its establishment. In 2024, after the restructuring process, ArkasHeay A.Ş. has completed the process of complying with ISO 9001, 14001 and OHSAS 18001 standards in all units in which it operates and has been reconstructed with the upper standard versions certification processes. With the OHSAS 18001 Occupational Health and Safety Management System being replaced by the ISO 45001 Occupational Health and Safety Management System at the level of international standards, ArkasHeavy will quickly and efficiently meet the requirements of the new standard in 2024 is carried out successfully. In this context, ISO 27001 Information Security Management System certification was completed within ARKAS Lojistic in 2024. In addition, the importance we attach to customer satisfaction with our Complaint Management System, integrated with the Call Center launched by ARKAS LOGISTICS in 2017, and the acquisition of ISO 10002 Customer Satisfaction and Complaint Management Certificate has been registered.
