GAIA Wind Power Plant (WPP) Project – Ula / Muğla
As Arkas Heavy, we have successfully completed the crane assembly operations undertaken within the scope of the GAIA WPP project. Throughout the project, all works were carried out in accordance with the planned schedule, supported by our strong equipment fleet, experienced site teams, and high occupational health and safety standards.
Within the scope of the project, the installation services for a total of 9 ENERCON E-138 EP3 wind turbines were performed by our company, and the installation of all turbines was successfully completed. Throughout the operation, all lifting, transportation, and installation activities on site were meticulously planned and executed without interruption, ensuring maximum operational efficiency.
During this process, the LR1700 main crane, LTM1230 and LTM1160 auxiliary cranes, a 4-ton Manitou telehandler, and 4-axle and 8-axle trailers used for pad-to-pad transportation were actively deployed at various stages of the operation.
All equipment utilized within the project was effectively coordinated by the site operations teams, and all lifting, transportation, and installation activities were carried out safely, efficiently, and in line with the project schedule. Thanks to the high operational performance of the equipment fleet and the strong coordination among the teams, the project was successfully completed and handed over to the client in full compliance with quality and occupational safety standards.
